If you are looking for a property manager in San Diego, you want The Rental Xperts(Diana Valin). I have been using their services for about three years now and they’re currently managing multiple properties for me. My situation is a bit tricky, as I live overseas in Japan and need someone who I can trust to manage and handle any problems if they arise. Diana is always in my corner fighting for me, negotiating better deals for any expenses that I may have to incur (broken appliances, carpet, paint, etc. She actually drove 45 min out of her way to save my $20 on a new fridge!!!). I am constantly kept in the loop and the monthly statements are carefully itemized so it’s easy for my accountant when he files my taxes at the end of the year (something that most investors do not think about). Diana has also been very helpful in advising me in the purchase of two of my properties(from a rental/tenant perspective) and now working on a third!
She gets the job done and keeps it stress free for the owner! Highly recommend.

When I first started investing in SoCal, I hired 2 PMs – Diana and another larger company. After 1 year I switched every property over to Diana. Her responsiveness is unparalleled in this business.I also happen to invest in other places (Tokyo, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas) and my main goal when I go to these places is to find a PM who will be able to replicate what Diana does for me in SoCal; I have worked tirelessly to find this, and I have not been able to. She really is a breed apart from the many PMs I have encountered.

First, I want to say how lucky I am to have found Diana! She has been my property manager for just over a year, since I first purchased the property in Encinitas. I would highly recommend her.
She is very professional and has handled everything, from getting the house ready to rent, finding a fabulous tenant, taking care of monthly maintenance as well as any issues/repairs quickly. I live in Nashville, so having someone I can depend on is critical.

We used to self-manage this property, and we wish we had hired The Rental Xperts sooner! The rental rate has jumped significantly since we turned over management, expenses have been kept to a minimum and service is very responsive. Diana understands how critical the income from this property is to cover my Mother’s expenses and works hard to make sure we have reliable renters who take good care of the home so Mom can pay her bills and relax every month.
